Old Sedberghian gathering - nine weeks to go

September 13 arrives in nine weeks today. It may seem like ages, but if you haven't already made your plans to join us for the weekend, please do so quickly. Hotels and inns and B and B's are filling up fast. Just go to https://www.netdirectories.com/~sedbergh/oler2.cgi?1003 and follow the instructions. if you have problems, contact me.

The weekend is coming together slowly but surely. All the various elements seem to be on the right tracks (meals, drinks, memorabilia, printed material, etc.) and in the next few weeks, the two huts will be arriving on site, the school bell will be set on its base, and the soccer field will be seeded. Claude Laplante will drive the shuttle bus, Darquise Racicot will look after young children on Saturday evening, Marie Duval is organizing your nametags - and so it goes on.

Registration for the gathering has been planned to occur in a central location - one we all know well - the old railway station now in the centre of Montebello! Registration will be open on Saturday, September 13, from 9am to 5pm. Everyone will check in at the station. Maps and other important information will be in the package each attendee will receive there.

Now, all that is missing is you. Have you got together with your classmates and organized to meet. It's a great opportunity to do so.

But, whatever happens, register soon; the cut off date is September 1.

I look forward to seeing you .

Best regards,

Tony
